If you cannot solve your problem, please start a support ticket and we will do our best to get back you within 24 hours. All our vendors have support listings in their own products. For payment inquiries or in the case of a failed transaction, please start your ticket with Payment issue. We ONLY support PayPal Payments both from PayPal accounts and credit card accounts, if you do not see the PayPal credit card facility, this is most likely not available from your location - there is nothing we can do about this.
If a vendor does not get back to you within 48 hours, please do send in a support query to us - with the title No Vendor Response and we will chase them down for you.
